Responsibilities
- Lead the dealer website and tools initiatives with a focus on client satisfaction and financial performance.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with certified vendor partners, overseeing onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and communication.
- Drive projects from initiation through to client delivery across all business units.
- Guide internal teams in billing, support, and technology functions according to client requirements.
- Define and manage project scope, client expectations, and develop backup strategies when needed.
- Track project progress, including milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and unresolved issues.
- Initiate and oversee quality assurance processes for client-bound solutions.
- Conduct detailed performance evaluations of products and services using available analytics tools.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize client requests and product needs, balancing immediate demands with long-term roadmap goals.
- Lead the collection of requirements and manage the planning, development, and rollout of new features or functionalities.
- Identify and propose opportunities for launching new programs.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients and service providers to review progress and alignment.
