Allocates staff across multiple NIH facilities (Bethesda, Poolesville, Frederick, Baltimore, Montana). Oversees performance metrics, task orders, and deliverables. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, NIH, and Maryland codes. Manages budgets, cost controls, schedules, and reporting. Acts as NIH liaison, communicates with senior leadership, and resolves escalated issues.
