About the Role

This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs that drive service improvements and platform enhancements across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programs
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Monitor program progress and report on key performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
  • Facilitate decision-making through structured governance processes
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Support change management and adoption across teams
  • Maintain documentation and status reporting for leadership
  • Promote best practices in program management methodologies
  • Work closely with product managers to prioritize deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements
  • Lead program-level meetings and steering committee sessions
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable workstreams
  • Assess program health and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with finance on budget planning and tracking
  • Integrate feedback from customers and internal users
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
  • Manage dependencies across concurrent projects
  • Ensure clear communication of program goals and updates
  • Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions
  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency
