Responsibilities
- Compile insights from multiple countries into clear summaries for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to global communication by creating updates, success narratives, impact summaries, and key messages showcasing program outcomes and learnings.
- Lead knowledge management for the health systems cluster by gathering materials, overviews, and technical resources from across countries.
- Manage centralized repositories of tools, templates, case studies, and best practices to promote consistency and learning across country programs.
- Organize regular cross-country forums to identify and share lessons and effective approaches.
- Lead efforts to document impact and successes in key priority countries and technical areas.
- Support monitoring and evaluation follow-up, including quarterly tracking of country progress and flagging areas needing intervention.
- Assist in measuring the long-term financial and operational impact of health system reforms through data modeling and analysis.
- Compile progress updates into monthly reports for senior leadership and donor audiences.
- Design standardized tools and templates for data collection and reporting, and guide country teams on tracking core metrics.
- Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and milestones across multi-country initiatives to ensure on-time implementation.
- Support grant management, including donor reporting, communication, and adherence to funding requirements.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings with internal teams, donors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director and regional leads to align technical and operational support with country needs.
- Inform organizational strategy on health system efficiency and transitions from foreign aid by analyzing country contexts and identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to advocate for priority reforms and secure necessary resources.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations for strategic planning by synthesizing field insights and program data.
- Translate global strategic goals into practical country-level action plans aligned with local needs.
- Act as main point of contact for foreign aid transition initiatives, coordinating communication, analysis, and problem-solving across geographies.
- Produce high-quality materials for donors, such as concept notes, summaries, presentations, and talking points.
- Coordinate inputs from country and global teams for donor and partner discussions.
- Support donor meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, briefs, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Turn program updates and lessons into clear, strategic communications that enhance organizational credibility with partners.
