Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for major transformation projects from start to finish
- Build comprehensive project plans, define key milestones, and maintain program consistency
- Establish consistent reporting formats and system requirements across teams
- Design process enhancements and develop tools that support sustainable and scalable planning
- Evaluate new challenges and opportunities, emphasizing repeatable, long-term solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align complex programs and secure agreement
- Work across departments such as Finance, Legal, and Systems to influence and execute initiatives
- Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for large transformation programs
- Develop compelling business cases to gain cross-functional support and secure resources
- Leverage data insights to guide strategic decisions and actions
- Identify, evaluate, and address risks that could affect program success
- Develop roadmaps, project schedules, change management strategies, and reporting methods to monitor progress
- Drive execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage change initiatives including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and team enablement
- Promote and integrate tooling solutions, including AI-powered systems, to improve planning efficiency
