Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital transformation initiatives to increase operational effectiveness through automation
  • Strengthen decision-making capabilities by delivering role-specific analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Ensure alignment with federal regulations and human capital management requirements
  • Enable integration between IT systems and workforce planning platforms
  • Improve service delivery by establishing performance-based outcomes and service level agreements
  • Create customized dashboards, workforce forecasting models, and predictive analytics tools to enhance data utilization
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, with structured data governance and enterprise reporting frameworks
  • Lead strategic direction and execution for workforce planning and human capital analytics, including training optimization
  • Oversee enterprise-wide workforce data initiatives, including dashboard management, predictive modeling, and governance policies
  • Direct the Workforce Data Strategy workstream from planning through delivery
  • Manage project timelines, staffing, risk mitigation, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics tied to SLAs and KPIs
  • Guarantee integration of technical, functional, and compliance components for readiness in federal agency environments
