Unstructured Technologies is hiring a Program Manager / CS Manager - Public Sector to lead customer success and program management initiatives for our government clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of our solutions.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage strategic relationships with public sector customers
Lead program implementation and ensure successful delivery of projects
Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion within government accounts
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal product and engineering teams
Develop and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in program management or customer success within the public sector
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience with data-driven decision making and reporting
