Responsibilities
- Lead the operational rhythm of the Agentic Commerce GTM team, including facilitating recurring cross-functional meetings such as GTM SteerCo and pipeline reviews.
- Act as the central link across all GTM initiatives, ensuring a cohesive understanding of progress, obstacles, and interdependencies.
- Detect inefficiencies or gaps in GTM processes and lead efforts to refine and optimize workflows.
- Monitor ongoing product advancements to keep the GTM roadmap synchronized with evolving product direction.
- Enhance coordination among agents and sellers to deliver a high-quality customer experience and support the transition of pilots and betas into scalable, self-serve models.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, sales, and professional services teams to guide merchants toward integration readiness and proactively resolve potential roadblocks.
- Ensure launch preparedness for major agent partner rollouts by aligning internal teams, partners, and end users for smooth go-live execution.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy & Operations to establish and monitor key GTM performance metrics.
- Develop and manage program tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into pipeline and progress for senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales Strategy, Operations, and Finance & Strategy teams to generate forecasts and support strategic planning cycles.
