Responsibilities
- Define strategic objectives for a portfolio of high-complexity programs, aligning execution with organizational goals and customer impact.
- Lead and support program and project managers to deliver consistently using defined standards and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain rigorous processes for managing risk, change, resources, and financial performance across programs.
- Develop and sustain executive-level relationships; provide strategic updates and serve as a trusted advisor to guide customer success.
- Cultivate a high-performing, team-oriented culture by evaluating skill requirements and fostering continuous improvement.
- Align with Customer Success teams to ensure programs deliver tangible business results and maximize value for clients.
- Partner with Customer Success to design and implement end-to-end program governance frameworks across strategic, portfolio, technical, program, and project levels.
- Assist pre-sales activities by shaping solution designs, contributing to proposals, evaluating delivery risks, and defining program structure and governance for major opportunities.
- Drive the integration of artificial intelligence-powered delivery methods to accelerate project implementation and improve efficiency.
