Entarian is seeking an experienced Program Deliverables Lead to manage the planning, production, quality control, and submission of contractual deliverables across complex defense and federal programs. The Program Deliverables Lead is responsible for ensuring all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items and technical deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time in accordance with contract requirements and government standards. This role works closely with engineering, cybersecurity, program management, configuration management, and customer stakeholders to ensure deliverable integrity and consistency across all program artifacts.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technical programs involving space systems, ground infrastructure, mission operations, communications networks, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage development, coordination, review, and submission of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
Track deliverable schedules, due dates, dependencies, and approval work-flows to ensure on-time submission.
Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and program teams to collect inputs and consolidate deliverable content.
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual requirements, formatting standards, and government expectations.
Perform technical editing, quality review, and consistency checks across all program documentation.
Maintain deliverable tracking systems, status dashboards, and submission logs.
Coordinate customer feedback, revisions, and resubmissions of deliverable artifacts as required.
Ensure alignment between deliverables and configuration-controlled baselines and approved technical content.
Support development of technical reports, white papers, briefings, and program documentation.
Facilitate internal review cycles and approval work-flows for all major deliverables.
Maintain repository organization and version control for all deliverable artifacts.
Support program reporting by providing deliverable status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
