Insider is hiring a Program Analyst to join our remote team. You will play a key role in analyzing program data, evaluating processes, and providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze program performance data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for program initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define success criteria.
- Assess risks and dependencies within programs, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of operational processes and workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a program analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, self-directed environment.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Work Mode
