Motion Industries is hiring a Program Analyst

About the Role

Motion Industries is looking for a Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the performance and success of NAPA’s Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) programs. You will be responsible for contract reporting, billing coordination, audit support, and analyzing operational data.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and deliver customer reports, including KPIs, savings, and compliance.
  • Support monthly billing processes and contract documentation.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage QBR data preparation and customer performance updates.
  • Track and maintain records related to pricing, contract terms, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with field teams to support new site launches and issue resolution.
  • Develop SOPs and training materials for internal and customer use.
  • Provide general reporting, analysis, and program support as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, operations, or business analysis.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience supporting billing or audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with NAPA IBS or similar programs is a plus.
