Responsibilities

  • Provide project administrative assistance to Project Managers, the PML, Programme Managers and project teams.
  • Manage delivery of the project according to the PMI knowledge areas and in line with Dimension Data’s Primer methodology.
  • Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Provide project administrative assistance including project administration, schedule management, documentation and report preparation, meeting arrangement and documentation, cost tracking, resource allocation, and third party management.
  • Manage delivery of the project according to the PMI knowledge areas and in line with Dimension Data’s Primer methodology.
  • Ensure the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baselined budget, is delivered on time, achieves quality criteria, and maintains client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders regarding the status of their projects.
  • Manage project set-up, resources, and operations efficiently, possibly with assistance from a Project Administrator.
  • Liaise with clients and manage several transactional engagements or standard/co-ordinated projects simultaneously.
  • Co-ordinate the relationship with third parties for the delivery of resources and contractors when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and a client service orientation.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the project environment and stakeholder interests.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structures, and control requirements.
  • Have a good understanding of project life cycles.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the projects.
  • Work towards the achievement of CAPM certification.

Job Description: The role is responsible for providing a professional second-line technical support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through preemptive service incident and resolution activities, this role will restore service to clients by managing incidents and seeing them through to an effective resolution. The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity. Key Responsibilities:Provide remote technical support to clients. Identify root cause of incidents. Ensure resolution of incidents and service requests. Participate in performance reviews, identify causes of performance shortcomings and provide suggestions for improvement. Review the recurring or high impact incidents and manage them through problem management process. Qualifications: 2+ years experience required in network security administration or support Experience supporting clients with any of the following technologies: Checkpoint, Juniper, RSA Security, Cisco, F5Proficiency in English & Czech is required Any certifications in the abovementioned technologies would be advantageous Additional Information: Core business hours will run between 6am – 6pm, you will be required to work an 8 hour shift scheduled during these operating hours.
