Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding sessions with clients to confirm deployment preparedness after contract finalization
- Act as a post-sale liaison, aligning internal teams and third-party vendors to create project documentation such as deployment timelines and statements of work
- Produce pre-implementation and deployment records in Salesforce Work Orders and Office 365, formatted for use by project leads, coordinators, and technical supervisors
- Set up, customize, diagnose, and validate hardware and software systems—both cloud-hosted and on-site—locally or remotely, while conducting evaluations to align with client expectations
- Facilitate client understanding through technical instruction, advisory sessions, and live product demonstrations, adapting training content as needed
- Design instructional materials and curricula for newly launched products and emerging deployment models
- Verify all project rollouts adhere to national legal standards, especially in data privacy and protection, and apply recognized industry standards during execution
- Coordinate with multiple departments to keep stakeholders informed on client needs, project adjustments, schedules, and progress
- Maintain comprehensive expertise across the full portfolio of available products
