About the Role
This role leads the implementation of payment data solutions for clients, managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and system implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Translate client business needs into technical implementation plans
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and deployment
- Conduct client training sessions and provide documentation support
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and delays
- Ensure data integrity and compliance during system integration phases
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with support teams
- Maintain detailed project records and reporting for internal and client use
- Facilitate data mapping and validation processes between client systems and platform
- Support testing phases including user acceptance and integration testing
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments in alignment with project goals
- Deliver post-implementation reviews and transition support to operations teams
- Promote best practices in project management and client communication
- Work closely with product teams to relay client feedback and enhancement requests
- Ensure adherence to security and data governance standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities to support solution scoping and estimation
- Develop and maintain client-specific implementation playbooks
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and tools
