Responsibilities
- Lead architectural contributions on data centre projects, ensuring coordination and high-quality results
- Create detailed design plans for data centre facilities, including calculations, drawings, and engineering documentation
- Perform in-depth design evaluations to confirm alignment with project briefs, technical requirements, and industry norms
- Coordinate design activities between architecture and other technical disciplines for unified project delivery
- Guide and support junior team members in design techniques and professional development
- Carry out all design-related tasks independently, from initial concepts to construction documentation and oversight
- Produce and manage complete design records such as specifications, construction drawings, and as-built documentation
- Communicate with clients, builders, and stakeholders to clarify design goals and address technical issues
- Verify that all designs meet applicable building regulations, codes, and data centre-specific standards
- Contribute to project timelines and planning to ensure on-time delivery of design deliverables
- Inspect and authorize construction work to confirm compliance with finalized designs and quality benchmarks
