- Providing customer support in post-implementation support and maintenance.

- Experience in troubleshooting in a live technical environment
- Ability to train peers on solutions
- Ability to take full ownership for resolution with escalated customers
- Ability to lead technical action plans
- Lead and provide expertise to team on projects.
Requirements
- IT Engineer / Graduate with Computers / IT with experience in providing L3 Technical Support
- Very good knowledge / exposure to at least one Unix, ldap, messaging & scripting skill
- Excellent trouble shooting skills, good communication skills
- Willing to work in Shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported
- Experience in troubleshooting in a live technical environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
