Responsibilities
- Deliver training and support employee development to maximize performance in quality and output.
- Coordinate personnel, supplies, machinery, and production timelines to maintain smooth workflow.
- Monitor team member performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Foster transparent communication and active participation to strengthen team engagement and alignment with organizational principles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and cultivate a secure work environment for all employees.
- Assume additional duties as assigned to assist the plant operations team
