Responsibilities
- Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure full compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise the safety and well-being of the team according to company standards.
- Monitor assigned work and review completed jobs to ensure they meet work scope and company expectations.
- Use computer software to assign, verify, track, and monitor metrics and job assignments.
- Motivate, coach, and counsel team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage personnel work hours, scheduled time off, shift schedules, and overtime to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews, support employee development, enforce accountability, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with designated trainers and department managers to monitor, guide, and improve employee development and process improvements.
- Hold regular department meetings, including monthly meetings and smaller, more frequent group meetings, and communicate changes affecting employees in a timely manner.
Compensation
Multiple shift opportunities with hourly premiums for off-shifts are offered.

- This position has pre-employment testing requirements that may include fitness for duty testing and a vision exam.
- Follow general shop safety procedures, including the occasional use of safety glasses, safety toe shoes, and hearing protection.
- Stand and/or sit for portions of the shift.
- Shift: 2nd Shift - Weekend, Fri-Mon
