Manages daily production activities and personnel to achieve set production targets and maintain quality standards.
Aligns operational tasks with short-term production goals, including shift planning, material procurement, equipment utilization, conflict resolution, and maintenance coordination.
Collaborates with other departments as needed to support output, efficiency, and product quality.
Plans workforce schedules, conducts training, and motivates employees to meet production goals efficiently and cost-effectively.
Conducts candidate interviews and makes hiring recommendations for open roles.
Identifies and proposes enhancements to production processes or workflow methods.
Applies established procedures to resolve operational issues and elevate product quality.
Alerts management to equipment or machinery that could be upgraded to enhance output and quality.
Completes additional duties as assigned to meet production needs, including those driven by customer requirements.

Base salary range of $56,627 - $76,447

Work schedule includes Monday through Friday with some weekend availability required.
