Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company is hiring a Production Mechanic (M-F) 2:30pm to 11:00pm.

Provide leadership, oversight, training, and guidance to Operations Packaging technicians while performing set up activities and achieve vertical start-up. Focus on efficient quality driven Mechanical setups. Responsibilities - Provide leadership, Training and guidance while performing set up activities - Provide Intermediate frontline troubleshooting while coming out of setups and during schedule operations - Intermediate level Antares and other vision systems - Participates in major asset rebuilds with Maintenance and Vendors - Independently perform low level Maintenance PM’s Assist with Maintenance tasks including but not limited to; PM’s, troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilds of tooling, Capper chucks, HAPA and other packaging equipment - Participates during Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. - Accurately documents all work hours and all Maintenance/Setup activities in CMMS. (Maximo) - Conforms with requirements outlined in the MEP program - Ability to complete full setups and train others on Multiple value streams (Blister, bottle, or syringe
