Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and guide team members during equipment setup procedures.
- Troubleshoot production line issues at an intermediate level during and after changeovers and ongoing operations.
- Operate and maintain intermediate-level proficiency with Antares and comparable vision inspection systems.
- Collaborate with Maintenance teams and external vendors during major equipment overhauls.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks independently.
- Support maintenance activities such as preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and tooling rebuilds for cappers, HAPA printers, and other packaging machinery.
- Engage in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
- Record all work hours and maintenance or setup activities accurately in the CMMS system (Maximo).
- Follow all requirements defined in the MEP program.
- Complete full production line setups and train team members across multiple value streams, including blister, bottle, and syringe packaging.
