Responsibilities
- Oversee every phase of project execution, from initial client specifications to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Develop and distribute performance scripts for voice actors, directors, and sound engineers, along with supplementary materials essential for recording sessions
- Monitor ongoing recording progress and adjust participant schedules to maintain production efficiency
- Manage revisions to scripts and updates to production assets throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow up with post-production teams to track completion and delivery of final audio outputs
- Proactively identify solutions and adapt project plans and schedules in response to evolving project demands
- Maintain daily communication with clients and manage all aspects of client relations for assigned projects
- Ensure client expectations are met or clearly justified when adjustments are necessary
- Oversee third-party vendors, freelancers, and internal service teams, including negotiation of fees and contracts
- Collaborate with casting specialists to evaluate talent and confirm audition candidates meet required standards
- Adapt quickly to fluctuating workloads by independently managing time and prioritizing tasks
- Generate preliminary cost estimates from client briefs and communicate budget changes clearly to all stakeholders, resolving any related concerns
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and independently for each project
- Escalate issues or risks to supervisors or senior leadership promptly and transparently
- Lead project planning and execution, including resource allocation and coordination across multiple departments
