Pilgrim's (JBS USA) is hiring a Production Leadperson (Thigh Debone 2nd Shift)

Production Lead Responsibility Check with the supervisor to ensure product is running on schedule. - Have proper equipment set up and operating properly before start up. - Complete all necessary reports. Enter all production numbers from floor into SAP. - Verify QC checks throughout shift and HACCP checks. - Ensure the line has an adequate supply of correct packing supplies - Check metal detectors. - Ensure the line is fully staffed. - Replace absent partners. - Train all new employees and monitor progress. - Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.
