Responsibilities
- Confirm production timelines with the supervisor prior to starting operations.
- Ensure all required equipment is correctly configured and functioning before beginning production.
- Complete and submit all required documentation and reports accurately and on time.
- Record production data collected on the production floor into the SAP system.
- Monitor and confirm compliance with quality control and HACCP procedures throughout the shift.
- Maintain sufficient inventory of correct packaging materials at the production line.
- Inspect and verify the functionality of metal detection systems.
- Ensure the production line is fully staffed for optimal operations.
- Fill in for team members who are absent to maintain workflow continuity.
- Train newly hired employees and track their development and performance.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed to meet production goals, including those driven by customer requirements.
