Responsibilities
- Establishing and leading the Production Department to meet agreed-upon quality and production milestones.
- Overseeing the manufacturing and assembly of prototype and production Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including ground support equipment and Remote Pilot Station (RPS) parts.
- Developing production and procurement processes that fit seamlessly into the broader Dufour Aerospace process landscape.
- Forging efficient collaboration with the Engineering, Flight Operations, and Quality departments.
- Managing the production plan, annual budgets, rolling financial forecasts, and the adoption of critical IT tools like PLM and ERP systems.
- Owning supplier management, procurement, logistics, storekeeping, and production quality assurance.
