Responsibilities
- Work with team members to enhance health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Evaluate current manufacturing methods to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply solutions that increase efficiency, product quality, and output yield.
- Engage directly in production operations and resolve issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and documented procedures.
- Partner with production teams to smoothly introduce new products into manufacturing.
- Streamline processes to support successful product launch timelines.
- Lead root cause analyses for process deviations and quality discrepancies.
- Create and execute corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence of issues.
- Apply knowledge of production systems and utilities to boost equipment performance and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in deploying new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
- Manage design, purchasing, cGMP documentation, and commissioning and qualification tasks.
- Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in production execution.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy of Bill of Materials and Electronic Batch Records.
- Offer technical input and verify completeness during setup of new components and processes.
- Assess technical changes and document potential impacts to manufacturing during change control reviews.
