Responsibilities
- Follow approved formulas and production schedules to create food components, sauces, and batch mixes.
- Precisely weigh and measure large amounts of raw ingredients.
- Safely and efficiently operate cooking and mixing equipment, including kettles, tilt skillets, ovens, tumblers, manca mixer, stand blender, and kettle pump.
- Follow established recipes and processes to meet quality expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned recipes from beginning to end.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation requirements at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support production operations.
