Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for digital and precision agriculture solutions, assisting internal teams, dealers, and end users with implementation and issue resolution.
- Ensure high service standards by adhering to defined response and resolution timelines for escalated support cases.
- Work directly with engineering, information technology, product management, and development groups to report and track technical issues to closure.
- Support the creation of educational resources including instructional guides, video content, and knowledge base articles in collaboration with training and support teams.
- Engage in multi-department projects such as regional pilot programs, launches of new digital tools in South America, and in-person visits to dealers or customers when needed.
