Responsibilities
- Design and craft compelling levels that sustain player engagement and advancement
- Refine core gameplay elements and introduce new mechanics to strengthen loop dynamics
- Examine player data, performance metrics, and user feedback to guide enhancements
- Partner with engineering and art teams to implement level designs and features
- Organize, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate design choices and improve user experience
- Tune difficulty progression to maintain appropriate challenge and support long-term retention
- Monitor trends and innovations in the hybrid-casual and puzzle game sectors, including competitive analysis
- Conduct thorough testing and playtesting of levels and features for quality and enjoyment
- Help shape the product strategy and future direction of the game Card Factory
- Work in an agile manner, quickly prototyping concepts and integrating team and data feedback
