Responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise within agile frameworks while collaborating across teams and stakeholders to solve client challenges and contribute to internal initiatives
- Partner with client product and functional teams to define goals, project boundaries, and schedules for critical product security efforts, shaping how deliverables are architected and executed
- Evaluate security risks across client product lines and propose corrective actions that align with both business objectives and technical constraints
- Provide guidance on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security testing for embedded systems and IoT devices, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with client R&D teams to lead secure code reviews, conduct threat modeling, perform security risk and vulnerability assessments, and validate control effectiveness
- Track evolving cybersecurity threats in IoT and medical technology, and produce thought leadership content reflecting organizational insights
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Support team development through training, mentorship, and consistent delivery of results
- Contribute to business development activities and growth initiatives
- Lead and manage projects with technical proficiency and organizational skill
- Approach challenges using structured, client-focused problem-solving methods
- Work hybrid, spending at least two days per week in the office or at client locations, with potential for up to five days on-site depending on project needs
