Applied Intuition is hiring a Product Security Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate software applications and system designs from initial concept through deployment for security integrity.
  • Proactively detect security weaknesses and implement strong protective measures, including architecture reviews and threat modeling exercises.
  • Perform routine security evaluations using AI-enhanced testing methods to detect and resolve vulnerabilities prior to exploitation.
  • Support the advancement of the organization's vulnerability management processes by driving risk-based remediation in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Offer ongoing training and guidance to developers on secure coding techniques, evolving threats, and industry-standard security practices.
  • Partner with incident response units during security events affecting product functionality and deliver actionable remediation strategies aligned with current threat intelligence.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to enhance automated static and dynamic application security testing tools within development environments and CI/CD workflows.
