Responsibilities
- Continuously improve documentation, metrics, monitors, and troubleshooting tools.
- Participate in on-call rotations during business hours and occasional weekends to address critical issues across the fleet.
- Diagnose, resolve, and prevent field issues, delivering end-to-end product improvements based on findings.
- Enhance observability by refactoring code and adding telemetry.
- Identify and implement data-driven opportunities to improve service resilience.
- Develop strategic opinions on stability investments and shape long-term product stability vision.
