Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog by aligning customer demands, technical constraints, business impact, and long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Documentation, and GTM teams to deliver seamless API lifecycle solutions.
- Develop clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and performance indicators tied to customer success.
- Work alongside engineering teams to build secure, scalable SaaS and on-premises platforms.
- Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and industry shifts.
- Explore applications of AI, automation, and smart workflows to enhance developer efficiency and API governance.
- Coordinate with technical writers to ensure comprehensive documentation of features, APIs, integrations, and AI functions.
- Assist in go-to-market execution, including release planning, team enablement, launch preparation, and customer messaging.
- Use customer feedback, usage analytics, and market insights to guide product priorities and roadmap decisions.
