Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical AI/data teams to ensure development, delivery, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of the correct product.
- Gather business requirements, define AI use cases, and establish KPIs and expected outcomes in collaboration with departments such as Commercial, Marketing, Distribution, Operations, and Brand.
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategic roadmap, and feature backlog; prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical viability, and risk considerations.
- Lead cross-functional teams including internal and external Data Scientists, AI/GenAI Engineers, and ML Ops Engineers; oversee sprint execution, product quality, time-to-market, and production deployment readiness.
- Manage organizational change and drive user adoption; track product usage, return on investment, and measurable business outcomes; provide regular updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and partners such as OpenAI, Giskard, Converteo, and Artefact; handle budget oversight, contractual agreements, and service-level commitments.
- Integrate data privacy, ethical AI practices, and cybersecurity requirements by design, working closely with Data Protection, Legal, and Compliance functions.
