Responsibilities
- Guide the creation and ongoing updates of the product roadmap.
- Take ownership of the product backlog, defining and prioritizing items to deliver secure and modern device management features.
- Work alongside Security, Endpoint Engineering, Identity, Infrastructure, and business teams to align roadmap priorities.
- Transform user needs, organizational objectives, and compliance requirements into clear product stories.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and take part in Agile ceremonies to steer sprint planning and delivery.
- Engage with end users to collect requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep visual management tools updated to show progress and priorities.
- Make sure product features align with business needs and expected results.
- Drive delivery in iterations, ensuring regular release of incremental value.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing endpoints across multiple platforms such as Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android.
- Previous work with security or identity engineering teams.
- Background in End User Services or modern workplace technologies.
- Familiarity with device compliance, access policies, or zero-trust principles.
- Agile or Product Owner certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
