Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for the internal operating system.
- Deliver a company-wide KPI platform used by leadership, departments, and the board to manage operations.
- Develop and maintain an employee directory with profiles, organizational structure, KPI ownership, and HR system integrations.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish, track, and report on key performance indicators relevant to their teams.
- Work closely with back-office engineering teams on data schema and architectural decisions to ensure platform scalability.
- Monitor platform adoption and usage metrics, rapidly iterating based on internal user feedback.
