Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items for data processing systems

- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements
- Work closely with data engineers and platform specialists
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability in processing pipelines
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and system health
- Act as primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in data workflows
- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Maintain documentation for processes and system behavior
- Align delivery with long-term data architecture goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Identify dependencies across teams and systems
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Coordinate release timelines and deployment activities
- Evaluate new tools and technologies for data processing
