MOIA is hiring a Product Owner (all genders) - Data Processing

About the Role

The role involves owning the data processing product backlog, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and driving delivery of high-quality data solutions that support vehicle operations and service data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product backlog items for data processing systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and requirements
  • Work closely with data engineers and platform specialists
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability in processing pipelines
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and system health
  • Act as primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in data workflows
  • Support incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Maintain documentation for processes and system behavior
  • Align delivery with long-term data architecture goals
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
  • Identify dependencies across teams and systems
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards
  • Coordinate release timelines and deployment activities
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies for data processing
  • Promote agile best practices within the team
  • Track progress using metrics and feedback loops
  • Balance technical debt with feature development
