Responsibilities
- Convert the Carrier Experience roadmap and product strategy, defined by the Product Manager and leadership, into a clear, prioritized, and consistently refined backlog.
- Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases that enable engineering to work with minimal clarification.
- Manage daily backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in close collaboration with the engineering team.
- Serve as the main contact for engineering during each sprint, addressing questions and resolving uncertainties promptly to maintain delivery momentum.
- Inspect and confirm completed work against acceptance criteria before release, working with QA on test scenarios.
- Track Carrier TMS usage and performance metrics, identifying risks, bugs, and opportunities to report to the Product Manager and leadership.
- Coordinate release scope and clearly communicate what is being shipped and the reasons to the broader team.
- Keep clear and current documentation of features, workflows, and decisions for the Carrier Experience team.

- Background in transportation, logistics, B2B, or marketplace products is a plus.
