Guide and scale product operations by building systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment to support rapid product development and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for product operations functions
- Develop scalable processes to support product development workflows
- Collaborate with product managers to align roadmaps with operational capacity
- Identify inefficiencies in product delivery and implement improvements
- Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and business units
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks for product performance
- Drive adoption of tools and systems across the product organization
- Manage operational planning for product initiatives
- Support change management during process and tool transitions
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and execution timelines
- Coordinate sprint planning and release coordination activities
- Optimize resource allocation across product teams
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the product stack
- Maintain documentation standards for product processes
- Lead post-release reviews and retrospectives
- Improve decision-making through data-driven insights
- Manage dependencies across multiple product streams
- Support budget planning and forecasting for product operations
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor industry trends to inform operational strategy
Nice to Have
- Experience in nonprofit or donation technology sector
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Certification in project or product management
- Background in software development lifecycle
- Experience with API-driven platforms
