Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for staking offerings, including native, liquid, and pooled variants, emphasizing protocol integrations, user expansion, and revenue impact
- Develop and oversee token economics, APR modeling, and collaboration initiatives to enhance product differentiation and broaden available assets
- Use data to drive growth by monitoring key performance indicators such as total value locked, APR, asset utilization, revenue, and user retention, then converting findings into actionable product enhancements
- Identify and manage DeFi partnership opportunities for on-chain yield products, aligning integration efforts across centralized and decentralized platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with teams in marketing, business development, risk, and legal to support product launch strategies and market adoption
