Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain operational workflows for cryptocurrency offerings to ensure efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Gather, assess, and relay product challenges to inform future development priorities for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to lead cross-functional execution of key initiatives.
- Utilize artificial intelligence technologies to streamline and improve operational workflows.
- Manage both scheduled and on-demand operational tasks, including customer messaging, translation needs, price monitoring, and product corrections.
- Bridge operations and customer support teams by ensuring frontline staff have necessary resources, training, and context to assist crypto users effectively.
- Detect inefficiencies and gaps in the crypto product lifecycle and drive solutions through automation, better tools, or updated processes.
- Track and evaluate operational performance metrics, leading coordinated efforts to resolve issues and enhance outcomes.
