Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in customer profiles and buyer personas to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Analyze market dynamics, including competitor offerings, technological landscape, and customer challenges
- Articulate the product's value proposition clearly to sales and marketing teams
- Lead the development and consistent application of product messaging, positioning, and core value statements
- Work with marketing and sales enablement to create campaigns and content across the customer journey
- Collaborate with product teams to shape strategy and roadmap using market and sales data
- Engage in product design sprints to prepare go-to-market plans for new features
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources for sales and product teams
- Manage strategic planning and execution for product and feature launches
- Bridge product and commercial functions to ensure alignment and shared objectives
- Monitor key performance metrics such as win rates, sales cycle length, pipeline growth, adoption, and expansion
