Responsibilities
- Lead positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for app platforms, development projects, the app marketplace, and the overall partner network.
- Articulate the marketplace and ecosystem value for developers, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, with tailored communication for builders and solution adopters.
- Create messaging and competitive frameworks that highlight how the ecosystem enhances core products and sets the platform apart from rivals.
- Work with Product, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to launch new apps, marketplace categories, and partner integrations, aligning with major product events and announcements.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing on case studies, demand generation, and storytelling to demonstrate ecosystem growth and network effects.
- Produce go-to-market guides, solution summaries, sales presentations, and competitive tools to support field teams in selling ecosystem offerings.
- Monitor key adoption metrics—including app installations, project activations, partner-driven pipeline, app development, and extension usage—compare with competitors, and advise product and partnerships on investment priorities.
- Coordinate with Analyst Relations to increase external visibility and understanding of the platform's ecosystem.
