Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of users and customers, including their identities, pain points, and motivations for seeking solutions.
- Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and improve product positioning, messaging, and effective content.
- Manage cross-functional projects for launching new products or features, and measure the revenue and pipeline generated.
- Create sales collateral and enablement materials such as slide decks, one-pagers, training sessions, case studies, and webinars, delegating tasks to designers, web developers, and content marketers as needed.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform messaging, campaigns, and product strategy.
- Represent product marketing at industry events by delivering demos and gathering firsthand customer and prospect insights to shape messaging and campaign strategy.
- Help drive meaningful sales pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing, working with sales teams, and sales enablement.
- Proven track record in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, product management, or a related field with a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience.
- Affinity for complex, highly technical subjects.
- Experience managing interdependent, complex projects and keeping multiple work streams on track.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving and measuring work effectiveness.
- Ability to quickly adapt and react to changing plans and ambiguity.
- Excellent people skills for interacting with many cross-functional teams, with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bias toward action, execution, and iteration.
