Responsibilities
- GTM execution
- Launch messaging and cross-functional enablement for new features
- Positioning and messaging - web pages, persona narratives, use case content
- Competitive intelligence - battlecards, objection guides, category monitoring
- Sales and CS enablement - materials the team will actually use, refined from real deal data
- Tracking and measurement - defining and tracking the signals that show the product and GTM motion is working
- AI-powered PMM tooling - Build AI tools to help us maintain and scale PMM projects
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Marketing Management experience with full GTM ownership and execution, not just contribution
- Strong positioning and messaging execution. Your work lands close to right the first time
- Competitive intelligence capability. You can gather, synthesize, and frame insight into usable artifacts
- Metric tracking to show the GTM motion is working
- You should already be using AI in your workflow and be comfortable building with it
Nice to Have
- Exposure to workforce, HCM, or adjacent categories is a plus
- Prior consulting experience preferred. you can scope your own work and deliver with minimal oversight
