Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term vision and strategic direction for unified communications, contact center, SIP, and voice offerings
- Lead platform strategy across key technology partners including 8x8, TeamsLink, AudioCodes Live, Zoom, Content Guru, Five9, and internal voice services
- Analyze industry trends, competitive developments, and customer needs to guide product evolution
- Ensure product offerings are differentiated, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization
- Specify functional and technical requirements for improvements to TeamsLink, contact center integrations, compliance recording, and interoperability features
- Partner with engineering teams and external technology providers such as Microsoft and CCaaS vendors to execute roadmap initiatives
- Advance innovation within Microsoft ecosystem integrations and AI-powered customer experience solutions
- Take accountability for portfolio performance, revenue outcomes, and market positioning
- Design pricing strategies, licensing frameworks, and bundled offers in coordination with commercial teams
- Equip sales teams with training, value propositions, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate on go-to-market planning and execution with sales and marketing functions
- Oversee key vendor partnerships within the UC and CC technology landscape
- Conduct joint planning and roadmap alignment sessions with strategic partners
- Assess emerging technologies and integration possibilities for future product development
- Collect and interpret customer feedback to inform prioritization of product improvements
- Participate in high-value customer discussions and strategic account engagements as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation, service level agreements, and onboarding procedures
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure consistent delivery and service quality
