Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for integrations with major Independent Software Vendors and key technology partners
- Manage the full product lifecycle for co-developed solutions with leading Enterprise Chat and Workflow platform partners, from concept through post-launch optimization
- Foster a culture grounded in analytics by tracking adoption, feature engagement, sync reliability, and impacts on customer growth and retention
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across product and engineering groups, leveraging market insights to shape core platform development in alignment with partner integration needs
- Work closely with business development, marketing, and sales teams to build go-to-market strategies, enable field teams, and support joint customer success
- Ensure clear, consistent reporting to executive leadership on progress, performance against KPIs, and future strategic direction
