Responsibilities
- Lead a specific product area from concept to launch, managing the full roadmap and lifecycle
- Oversee all stages of product development, including research, feature delivery, market adoption, and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, and regional teams to drive efficient project execution
- Establish feedback-driven development processes with regular input from users to guide iterations
Requirements
- Minimum of six years in product management, strategic planning, or operational roles within a technology organization
- Direct experience engaging with immigrant populations and a deep understanding of customer needs
- Proven analytical abilities to interpret data and inform product decisions
- Exceptional project management skills with accountability for solving problems from start to finish
- Strong intuition for user experience and design principles
Nice to Have
- Background in financial technology is highly desirable
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma is an advantage
- Education or professional experience in a technical discipline is beneficial
