Requirements
- Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
- 4–8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable building structure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools
- Available to work onsite once per week, plus as-needed onsite support.

- Experience leading cross-functional product launches in a consumer or beauty environment
