Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, shaping strategy and driving execution from initial concept to market launch.
- Advocate for users by gathering and conveying customer insights to improve product solutions.
- Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing.
- Ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms for key user groups.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories with clear, actionable descriptions.
- Build deep expertise in the business domain and apply analytical thinking to resolve complex challenges in line with strategic direction.
- Track and evaluate product performance, user adoption, and impact metrics over time.
- Analyze market developments, competitor offerings, and industry trends to shape future product direction.
